Hair Cocktails Salon Policies
Children Policy: We always welcome children as clients but for the safety of the little ones, please keep them on a leash. Also, we can provide treats if they sit or beg.
Late Policy: In respect of other booked appointments, we ask our clients to call us directly if you are running late so we can adjust our calendars accordingly.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you give us a 24 hour notice so we have the opportunity to move another client into your time slot. We would be happy to reschedule your appointment at no additional fee.
Satisfaction Policy: We are absolutely committed to providing quality service and customer care, so if there is any part of your experience that was unsatisfactory, please let us know. We encourage you to be as honest as possible during your initial consultation, especially when describing your hair history. This will help avoid disasters such as broken hair, fried ends and bad color transitions. Our goal is to set realistic expectations which we believe will lead to a very happy client experience. You did use box dye, didn’t you. Mhmmm.
